Hygiene of a food
Increase of well-being of the people always was in the centre of attention of Communist party of Soviet Union and the Soviet state. It has found the expression in decisions of the Central Committee of the CPSU, in decisions of plenums and CPSU congresses. The communist party has headed for realisation of a wide complex of the actions directed on the fullest satisfaction of requirements of the population in all necessary and first of all in a high-quality foodstuff.
Giving especially great value to maintenance of the country with foodstuff, XXVI congress of the CPSU has made the decision on working out and realisation of the Food programme which should provide substantial growth of agricultural products, is closer rally agriculture with the branches which are engaged in storage and processing of its production.
To Questions of performance of the Food programme the big attention in decisions of Plenums of the Central Committee of the CPSU - May and November (1982), June (1983) and April (1984) was paid. In these documents the Food programme is considered as the important economic problem which performance should be carried out in a close connection with radical directions of development of agriculture.
The problem of performance of the Food programme is put by XXVII congress of the CPSU particularly before each union republic. So, in USSR till 1990 it is planned to provide mid-annual manufacture of grain to 52 54 million t, meat - to 4,9-5, milk - to 24,5-25, a sugar beet - till 53-55, vegetables - to 8,6 million t.
Maintenance thus a considerable quantity of high-quality agricultural products will allow to reach a high consumption level the population of a foodstuff. But only rational and high-grade in the quantitative and qualitative relation a food, along with other social factors, can provide optimum development of a human body, high physical and its intellectual working capacity, promote active longevity. All these questions are studied by a science about a food, based on the materialistic doctrine about physiology of digestion And. P.Pavlova. This doctrine has put in pawn theoretical bases and hygiene of a food.
